Returns & Refunds Policy

Once an order is placed it is prepared for shipping right away and cannot be cancelled or amended.

Shipping

All items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and are fully insured.

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation.

Returns

We are a small independent business. Returns cost us time and money so please check the measurements stated on each product and use the Size Guide page before purchase to be assured of fit.

If you do need to return an item please get in touch as soon as possible. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of an item. The item must be returned in the same state it was delivered. Please email pluto@plutoofstandrews.com prior to sending any returns with - order number, reason for return then follow up with tracking number once return has been sent.  

Return postage is to be paid by the buyer and no responsibility can be taken for items that are lost in transit. So when returning an item please use Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery services and make sure item is insured to the appropriate value.
